This is a demo version of Parko Staf Personal administration system.

Here employees can:

  • Order an advance payment;
  • Notify the company about the absences;
  • Send or edit personal data;
  • Login to corporate mail;
  • Contact the company for solving job connected problems.
  • Parko company and its' counteragents are not obliged to pay advanced payments. Hence, Parko employees have no legal basis to demand the advance payment. The ability to receive the advance payment is our benefit.

  • Orders processing starts every Wednesday at 9:00a.m.
  • Employee can receive the advance payment before Friday if the order was made before Wednesday 9:00a.m.
  • It is possible to order the advance payment in the section - Aconto.
  • In case of absence the worker is obliged to notify Parko company in advance.
  • Furthermore, employee is obliged to inform his direct superiors on the workplace in advance.
  • About rules of absence hours compensation employees have to be informed on introductory lections or meetings of a particular enterprise.

  • On the start of cooperation a personal e-mail is created for every employee.
  • On this e-mail the employee will receive important notifications, documents, useful information, invoices, etc.

  • We recommend to regularly check the e-mail. For this we recommend to download a mobile e-mail client - Spark (so you can immediately receive notifications about new mails).

  • The service of yearly Tax Declaration submission costs from 100 to 150 EUR.

Parko Staff company offers different services concerning registration and correction of Temporary Residence Permit with the aim of Private Entrepreneurship: 

  • Entrance of changes to the Private Entrepreneurship registry - registration of Private Entrepreneurship, change of legal address, addition of activity types, etc.;
  • Registration/ change of legal address (+ service of postal notification);
  • Registration of temporary residence address on the territory of Slovak Republic;
  • Opening of bank accounts;
  • Short-term loans (up to 7300 EUR) for receiving account balance certificates for immigration police.
  • Application for obtaining Temporary Residence Permit at the immigration police, with further communication during the application consideration;
  • Preparation of documentation needed for Temporary Residence Permit prolongation;
  • Termination of Private Entrepreneurship;
  • Accounting services and submission of Tax reports;
  • Consultations.
